Must-Have Information on Identity Theft Prevention

We had an amazing “Behind the Headlines” presentation last Thursday at our Open University.  FBI special agent, David P. Hulser, gave us invaluable information about keeping your identity safe and secure in this day and age.  Below you will find his notes that contain the names, phone numbers and website links needed to ensure that your identity is safe.  He will be speaking again at St. Mary Catholic Church on Wednesday, October 15th at 12:30 (brown bag lunch is at noon).  Don’t miss a chance to hear what he has to say and bring all your questions!

PS…..suggestion or possibility for a future speaker… Ms. Abbey Stokes……Have not heard her personally, and have no connection, but would like to know more, considering the subject matter. She has written something called “Is This Thing On? A Computer Handbook for Late Bloomers, Technophobes and the Kicking and Screaming”. For all of us who fall into one of these catagories, sounds like something to pursue. She is also speaking to a seniors group at Westminster Canterbury on October 17.
